I struggled and struggled to find the right Work at Home Opportunity for years but you can find it if you look hard enough and put in the work yourself. The first step is to realise that you need to spend money to earn money. There is no such thing as 'get rich quick', so you need to get this thought out of your head straight away.
I started by investing in a couple of e-books (more than a couple actually) and used ideas that I thought would work and discarded ideas that I didn't, and tweaked other useful tips. I would then either set up a website (you can do this for free) just type 'free website' in your browser and take your pick. After my website was up and running I would make sure that I had more than one source of income i.e. 'multiple income streams'. Choose an opportunity that you feel passionate about and won't get bored with. This is vital to your ongoing success as the biggest failure to achieving work at home freedom is 'giving up'. If you think about it for a second, if you are that determined to succeed, you will; its that simple. Every internet millionaire and successful entrepreneur will tell you that it wasn't easy and they had many failures before they hit the big time, they just kept going until they saw fruition.
Use as many free tools as you possibly can and only pay for something that you genuinely feel you will benefit from as this is going to ultimately come out of your bottom line. Use this new knowledge and learn that its not the quantity of your marketing campaign but the quality. Market and advertise in the right places as targeted traffic is what you are after. Give yourself a target i.e. 'I want to reach 200-400 quality visitors a day by….' Visit as many forums as you can; remember, you don't want to learn how to get rich from someone who doesn't have any money! Choose the knowledge that you learn and only take advice from someone who is in the place you want to be.
You have to be very strict with yourself, this is very very important. This is not a race-its a marathon, so don't spend all your advertising dollars/pounds in one go. Research the advertising source you are going to use as there are many new PPC providers out there so don't limit yourself to Google-spread your money around a few PPC services-but research them first!
It really is possible to make money on the internet just keep going, learn from you mistakes (as there will be a few), tweak your site, change the products, monitor your keywords, optimise your site, get back links, post flyers, just do everything until you reach your goal of work at home freedom, and when you do, work some more.
