Executive Assistant Prominent non-profit educational organization seeks a dynamic individual for position of Executive Assistant to support the Executive Director. Individual must be highly organized and able to work independently. Duties include conference registration, desktop publishing, website publishing, database management, and all financial accounting tasks. Proficiency using Quickbooks, Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Publisher, In Design and Macromedia Contribute is required. Associates Degree in Business is preferable. VASCD offers a flexible work schedule and is seasonally part-time. Individual must be able to work from a home office, and salary is commensurate with experience.
