Success stories in telecommuting

good morning afternoon or evening depending on where you might be based

I have been a member of the board for nearly 2 yrs. I have periodically checked the job leads and read some of the other posts and even spent a good two months in between jobs stubbornly trying to find a work at home position which was legitimate.

My question is does anyone on the board work successfully at home ? I read these pie in the sky success stories that make me question the reality of the claims. But I know that with higher gas prices and general cost of living that more and more people seem to be seeking out a work at home position. I would just like to hear some of the honest success stories that might keep me in some way motivated to keep searching out that dream that at this point seems so elusive.
