* These interviews are scheduled in advance by a selection support team and are an integral hiring tool used by our clients. Selection Interviewers are responsible for:
* Conducting fast-paced, back-to-back scheduled interviews over the telephone each day
* Maintaining an exceptional telephone personality with clear and sophisticated communication and enthusiasm
* Managing a busy schedule in which candidates may need to be interviewed throughout the day, evenings, and on weekends
* Maintaining the highest standards of personal integrity and confidentiality of client information
* Partnering with highly dedicated, energetic, and committed team members
* Exceeding highly productive and dedicated individual performance goals
Telecommuting is an option for this position.

A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required; master's degree preferred. Fluency in both French and English is required. Candidates for this role must be Canadian citizens or have Canadian work permits.
